The Independent Commission for Human Rights (ICHR) seeks to review and evaluate its current strategy in order to enhance its ability to face major changes in the Palestinian context and to define its future direction with its new strategy starting in 2023. This includes evaluating the relevance, effectiveness and efficiency, including cost effectiveness, impact and sustainability of its programme. In addition to evaluate its institutional capacity to fulfil its mandate as a national Human Rights Institution and an Ombudsman. 

Therefore, ICHR is looking for an experienced and qualified Evaluator, or Evaluation Team to evaluate its programme during the period 2020-2022.
