The report on the development of a Legal System for Investigation of Medical Errors focuses on the importance for doctors and health professionals to investigate the causes of medical errors against patients and their families. Although a consensus exists to investigate such medical errors, such investigations cannot be achieved due to the different laws applicable to health professionals in the West Bank and Gaza strip.
