The Independent Commission for Human Rights, along with Palestinian Human right and civil society organisations, have urgently called upon Mr. Karim Khan, the Chief Prosecutor of the International Criminal Court, for immediate preemptive intervention in response to Israel's recent threats of invading Rafah, located at the southern tip of the Gaza Strip.
